He’s not been judged guilty yet and shouldn’t be treated as such until he’s adjudged. If he was not guilty the impact would be greater by not allowing this.
It is a very unsavoury allegation though...
I think they were right to suspend him but then right now to lift in. The delay in his case is unreasonable and to not earn for around 2 years whilst not having been found guilty is unfair.
He will need to play well for this spell and earn some money, he may not be playing for a while afterwards ?
