Strange things I saw on the road today!

An HGV trying to do a U-turn around a mini roundabout that a transit would struggle to get round.
Got stuck....demolished 2 signs and a traffic light......

Wierdest thing I saw on the road was two folk walking away from a silver Corsa that was on fire. They had emptied it first. The lassie had a box of kleenex in her hand.
 
I got overtaken today in a queue!

Just chillin', doing a steady few mph rather than 10mph - stop - 10mph - stop, etc and the car behind me pulled out. I thought he was going up the outside to turn right but no, he pulled in just in front of me.

Just.... Why :confused:
 
I was slowing down approaching a roundabout the other day when I noticed a guy walking along the pavement with a huge Staffie and two leads.
As I went slowly by I noticed that the one lead was on the Staffie and the other went to a Staffie pup that was being carried in the big Staffie's mouth! It was actually very cute.

Slime.
 
Went to a footy match in Roumania and as we were travelling down what only can de described as a highway to hell there was a girl who looked about 5 years old with three cows on leads waiting to cross four lanes of traffic doing insane speeds. She was probably still there when she had her 8th birthday.

Saw the same in Tirana when I was out there with Dundee in 2003 - the people were taking them to roundabouts and any grass verges in the city to have a feed - wish I'd been a photographer on that trip - cows on leads look awesome
 
Yesterday saw a lad of about 10yrs old on a kids scooter happily making his way along the side of a very busy dual carriageway. Spooked me a wee bit.
 
Saw a woman reverse into a parking space at Tesco's at lunch-time and she got it first time between the white lines. ;)

Driving down the M74 southwards just passing Gretna and saw a car stopped on the hard shoulder. The passengers had all got out, stood in front of the "Welcome to Scotland" sign and proceeded to have their photo taken on the hard shoulder! :rolleyes:
