Has anyone used a company called sports central in east Kilbride ?
I bought a bag from them last sept which split last week so I emailed them on the thurs but got no reply so I found their phone number on the website and tried calling all day fri eventually getting someone sat afternoon . He said return it for replacement or refund so I thought I would drive to east Kilbride and pick a bag myself rather than just accept the one he sends .
When I got there on sunday morning I found out it's a unit in a business park (phone answering machine gives impression it's a big shop with multi staff) .the young lad working had not been told I was bringing it in or how to do a refund so had to go call his boss . He returned to say his boss was dealing with it tomorrow (Monday) and I would hear from him needless to say when I hadn't heard by lunchtime I've been leaving messages all afternoon .
