Donald, Poulter and Rose confirmed this morning-this is going to be a great week for the folk in the North East. Royal Aberdeen is a class course and will hopefully prove to be a great test I the week before the open. If I was anywhere near Aberdeen I'd be all over this.

They are indeed. On the tournament website they've a dozen or so big names that have confirmed. I see someone thinks the English flag is the Union Jack...

Saw one tournament where there was English Scottish Welsh and British golfers!
