Snow

some flurries in Glasgow southside

I haven't heard your wee saying - but yes - I can look at the sky and say - looks like snow - and when it starts and the snowflakes rather gently wobble their way down to earth - that's the sign of a fair bit more to come and it lying.

been expecting it here all week, what with it being a very cold NW wind. Sky looks very snowing now after a rather sunny day.

Forecast for here anyway, then heading down to England shire by next week.

cheers, will get it for the Kindle

I enjoyed it too very evocative of the region. Along the same snowy lines I also enjoyed the book Miss Smilla's feeling for snow by Peter Hoeg, (tho' I thought the film dire)

It was horrific to see last nights news with snow falling on the flooded houses at Deeside.
As if they did not have enough to cope with.

Not a great welcome to Scotland for Hobbit, hope he is up the hill rather than doon the glen.
