Snow anyone?

We've had a right drop of snow here around tea time. Bloody big wet flakes of the stuff in blizzard conditions. Now freezing like a good un.

The chance of a round this weekend is looking a bit ominous at the moment. Had my new irons a fortnight now and haven't used them on turf yet! Depression fast moving in.:temper:

Nope. Wintry showers at best overnight but just sleet really. Next week looks interesting with a threat of proper snow forecast for the neighbourhood

Came down into mirfield and none at all.

It was wet sleety stuff when I left work yesterday, by the time I got home (near the 62) it was sticking like a good un but still a bit slushy. Froze overnight too.
Course is open but on temp greens.

A bit chilly this morning at 0730 but the greens wern't frozen somehow. Don't care about the weather tomorrow as my winter league partner has a private job on so we are missing this round. Secretly I am gutted
