Can't seem to find where the smiley/emoticons are when I'm replying to or creating a post. Can somebody please point me in the right direction?

Go to settings next to my profile
Then General settings on the left
Then near the bottom select
[h=3]Miscellaneous Options[/h] Message Editor Interface:

- Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing

Click on the settings tab top right then half way down on the left general settings then change the setting at the bottom to Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing (black circle)
