Smarty, anyone use them?

I'm thinking of swapping networks for my phone sim over to Smarty. I hadn't heard of them until very recently, has anyone tried them?

Never heard of it. All the smaller tariff providers use the same four networks for coverage anyway so if they're cheap might be worth giving them a go.

They use the 3 network, and you get money back on unused data each month

My missus started using them from Xmas as she just got so annoyed by Vodafone's lack of customer support.

Hasn't had a problem yet.

With a 30 day cancellation its a doddle if there is a problem.

I used Giff Gaff for a few months in between contracts until my phone died.

They were more than good enough.
