Have you guys seen this yet ?

It's a post on Golfwrx.

Looks like a great unit. Not sure of the price point though. I read on another site is was going to be in the region of $400, which means when we get it, it's going to be £400 probably.

From what I can make out it is touch screen, comes with 30,000 courses pre-loaded (Can we assume they are dropping subscription now ?). And someone mentioned wi-fi enabled so you can download new courses direct.

Our guys who have been in Orlando at the PGA Merchandise last week saw it and thouight it looked very impressive

I'm going to the launch at the end of the month and GM have been promised to have the first avaliable unit that lands in the UK for testing so you'll read a proper report here first

if you read this it's 'up to 30,000 preloaded courses with basic green information' - no more than you can do for yourself now?
it can also store 'up to 50 full-featured courses' which I'd bet you'll need to subscribe for.
