Shrink video files?... too many Mb's :-(

how can I shrink files so they don't take me so long to upload to Youtube?

I just made a 2minute video and it's 140 MB

It's a .mod file... is there some way to convert it/shrink it?

now ive never uploaded a file to youtube but i know when i download one its in FLV format and that bit of software does convert to FLV, wether thats any smaller etc i dont know but its got 100`s of options for encoding

Windows Movie Maker will allow you to shrink files and add titles, effects etc. I think YouTube actually prefer you to upload the original files anyway..?

There's a program called AppGeeker video converter that you can use to convert files to much smaller sizes (among other things)
