Should the Handicap system be revised?

If I participate in football, rugby, archery, shooting, tennis, bowls, swimming, motor-racing, rallying, horse jumping etc, etc nobody changes the rules so I/we can win without being the best !

Very true. But isn't that the beauty of the system? In all of those other sports, you're going to have to find yourself a suitable team or competition to join in with, aren't you?
