Shot 3 over gross and went up 0.1!!!!!

OK, so the 74 was in my singles knockout in the afternoon and I won 7&5 and the 0.1 increase was for shooting a 90 in the medal in the morning

Beat a 6 h/c who last week shot a gross 75 to win the senior championship so thought I was going to get a right spanking after nobbing it round like a duffer in the medal only a couple of hours earlier.

Just can't work out why I was so poor in the morning and so good in the afternoon.
Just hope I take my matchplay form to Beau Desert and not my medal form

Something to do with the carefree nature of matchplay perhaps. Or the fact you'd already played crap so knew you wouldnt do it again and therefore relaxed. You knew how the course was playing and were confident you could be more positive around the greens.
