Ok, looking through a few threads recently, I've noticed that there's been a mention of people being self-employed.

Being one of these people myself it got me wondering, who all in the forum is self-employed, and what do you do?

Me? I run an IT Support company in the North of Scotland which at the end of March will have been trading for three years.

Anyoen else?

Same here, employed by my company which is confusing when you try to explain it to people who don't understand. I run a promotional merchandise and clothing company. I have my own print and embroidery machines capable of doing any size orders. I'm the one who supplys the give aways you always get with company contact details on. Work at the moment mainly comes from the ppe on railways, but I'll take what ever comes in.

May as well advertise while I can!!!!!!!

Self-Employed as a Driving Instructor. I franchised to other Driving Schools for a few years and set up my own in May 2009. Been going well since then. Diary's almost always clear on a Friday morning though.....

Self Employed here too, - work from an office at home, running my own Travel Consultancy/Agency, predominantly with the more 'discerning' end of the market, 4/5* Luxury stuff, Worldwide flights, etc etc.

What is it you do Andy? Are you going to be digging them with your sand iron? ;)

I'm always on the look out for new shiny tools as well. What sort of stuff is it you sell?
