Season finished

Well that looks like my seasons finished due to injury,am struggling with Sciatica in my back ,which is now going down my leg and its annoying as hell as it bites.

I'm supposed to be playing in the open at Royal Aberdeen on sunday but have no chance of playing in that now which has hacked me right of. It flared up on Saturday after 6 holes i really should have come of after 9 but struugled on and boy have i paid for that.

Hopefully it might pass in a few weeks but not holding out much hope as the last time i had it ,it was there for nearly 5 weeks.

Is Paul still going?

One of our lads was looking like dropping out as he has a contract to finish by Sunday but he is gagging to play so he's working stupid hours to get done for Friday night and he's now ahead of schedule!

I played royal Aberdeen this morning and have to say I ve never seen flatter more true greens anywhere it was amazing but I hope the wind isnt blowing like it did today

I'm struggling with golfers elbow at the moment so no practice at all and just playing in comps only (although I'm going to risk a few holes on Friday). Hoping it will go soon as I've a lesson booked for the 2nd and then off to the GM Final on the 13th

It would have been good to meet up Alan,i'm not sure if Pauls still going i would doubt it. I'm hacked of as the course looked amazing when i was at the Walker Cup.

My backs not getting much better so not to sure when i'll be fit enough to get a game.

Almost the same thing happened to me, was picked to play for the club at Royal Aberdeen. I had a back spasm and couldn't move for two weeks and missed it.... gutted

Steve you never know might still make it as a fellow sufferer i know it can dissapear as quick as it comes,
ive been laid up one day and on golf course next fingers crossed you never know

on a positive note at least its the end of the season, imagine how you would feel if it happened at the start, playing well, and glorious weather
