Scottish open?

Thursday and folk have work.
Im taking the day off tomorrow to go. Im losing a days wage and its £35 entrance. I can see why folk only go at the weekends

Not even sure where he's getting that from as the car park at Dundonald was full and they were using the overflow car parks in Irvine which wasn't expected to be used until the weekend.

watching on the TV the crowds were poor and lots of empty grandstands, maybe
nobody was car sharing and that's why the car park was full. hopefully it will get better crowds over the weekend

The course looks very nice - really great to see two Tour comps in a row on Links courses , just watching them makes me want to drive the two hours to the nearest one.

Good to see McIlroy starting well - certainly no issues with his driving.

Shame about the rest of his game at the moment. Could be 2 missed cuts in a row here.

Went today. Enjoyed my day, however .........
£35 entrance
My alcohol got removed from me as we entered. I checked the rules last night and there is no mention of no alcohol only "no picnics allowed"

£5 per pint and £6 per burger was an absolute pee take. I wont be back any time soon thats for sure.

The area around the 11th green was really loud as there is a bar at the tee and the green. Can tell alot of players and caddies were getting peeved by it.

No picnic..... that's a disgrace would have told them to ram it

Can't abide places with a no alcohol/own food policy - take your own beer, cider, wine in a 2L lemonade bottle and let them challenge you.. beats spending ₤5 a pint rip off prices

Great round from Rafa Cabrera Bello and that second shot into 18 in the playoff.
Well deserved winner.
The course looked in superb condition for the 4 days as well 🤘🏻😀

Sorry to hear this after the free entries and take whatever you want into the the Alfred Dunhill Links I attended last year, that really is poor expecting folks to pay the crazy price for food and drink and not allowing picnics.
