its a year the day that my wee brother Stephen passed away aged 35. he suffered from Ulcerative Colitis and PSC primary sclerosing cholangitis. this combination meant that he was always going to need a liver transplant. still very sad in the Bigslice family and still a bit numb about it. no amount of counselling will make things better.

i can only say how sorry i am but with time the pain will get less and the good memories will fill the void a little,i am on the transplant list but don't hold much chance for the foreseeable future and am a great advocate of the opt out system were if you DONT wish to give your organs to help someone live a long and healthy life you say so as opposed to the system we have now were it is left to someone else to decide for you, keep thinking of the good times your brother had and hope you and your family keep well

I remember you posting about it when it happened, hard to believe that's a year already. My thoughts are with you and your family once again bigslice.

Tough times for you and your family - thinking of you. I too recall you posting at the time and what a tragic loss of a young life - very sad.

Thoughts are with you fella.

It puts things in perspective and makes you realise there are more important things in life than golf.

Seems to have come round so quick. I'm still raw over the death of my mum at the end of September and dreading Christmas without her. The in-laws always go to the US to see their other daughter and we'd always go down on Boxing day and do another Chrimbo dinner for her
