Anyone a member at or played Rusper lately?

We have the next round of the Kelso Hamilton (Surrey competition) there and I've never played there before so wondered what I needed to be aware of.

Any help would be appreciated

I used to play Rusper a lot a couple of years ago, it is a decent enough course.
It can get boggy if it rains and being on the flight path for Gatwick you always have the noise of planes above you.

The first 4 holes are quite open and pretty short but after that it gets fairly tight and more interesting.

I've heard it's changed a bit in the last year or so and "opened up" or made easier.

Can you get a practice round in before your match?
