Ok, Hope I get this right!

You hit your ball into a bunker, the bunker is full of leaves. Rules of golf, you cant move leaves in a bunker, How do I go about finding my ball with-out moving leaves?
Can anyone answer this

I'd have thought that you would be able to move sufiicient leaves to find the ball then have to recreate the original lie before playing the shot.

That would seem a fair way to proceed anyway.

I believe you are allowed to move/remove loose impediments (which is what the leaves are I believe) in order to find/identify your ball. Note that having identified the ball you are then under obligation to not touch the leaves during your backswing (or practice swing).

In a hazard, if a ball is believed to be covered by loose impediments or sand, the player may remove by probing or raking with a club or otherwise, as many loose impediments or as much sand as will enable him to see a part of the ball. If an excess is removed, there is no penalty and the ball must be re-covered so that only a part of it is visible. If the ball is moved during the removal, there is no penalty; the ball must be replaced and, if necessary, re-covered. As to removal of loose impediments outside a hazard,
