Had a drive out this morning to set up for the RBL summer ball for tonight. Anyway I got to a T junction to turn right on the main rd and a bus is tuning left into my side rd. It stops half way round and am wondering what's going off. It eventually creeps round the corner and I can see a Vectra which has turned right, which had the right of way. However a guy in his 60's decides he can overtake the bus. Both cars were three foot apart and the driver of the Vectra was seething. I had the Windows down coz it was hot and heard everything. The guy who was overtaking the bus who was in the wrong then decides that he will not reverse onto his side of the road even though there was nothing behind him. There is a stand off for about 30 seconds, then the guy in the Vectra gets out of his car. He is going mental at the old guy. And points to his car and says " I have a toddler in there and you nearly wiped us out". Old guys Wife says " go around and drive off" The old guy then drives car back and then forward and missed the Vectra driver by inches and stops giving the Bectra driver some verbal. How the Vectra driver never had hold of the old guy I will never know. Am not one for violence but I would of understood if the old guy was now sat with a steak on his eye.
