Repair of a sky mark

I have a nasty skymark on my driver, a result of a poor swing and heavily sanded greens (note to all - clean balls before next drive!)

Has anyone had one repaired? Friends have used Nick Brown at Gorleston GC in the past but he has moved on :-(

I know a decent car body shop might be able to do it but looking for a specialist

Have you tried Tcut car rubbing compond or Brasso.

The inevitable scars of battle. Mind you on top of a wood a scrape can be a bit distracting.

Ah, try a car body work repair shop, they should be able to fill and respray it quite cheaply. :thup:

why bother , probably cost more to repair than buying a new one.

I can recommend someone who does a great job but he's based in Ayrshire so you'd have two way postage on top. Professional panel beater spray painter with years of experience, if you want details PM me. £30 is the usual price for the painting & time

What colour is it? If black just use a marker pen. Worked for me when somebody trod on my rescue a couple of years ago.

A pal of mine did this at the brabazon last year. Bought a Nike driver, third drive and there is a big chip mark on the top.
