Not played it myself, but some mates played it lasy year and said it was fantastic. They enjoyed it so much, there going again in April, playing in an AM AM

the GM team played it a few weeks ago and were impressed. Very scenic course, some great risk reward holes, millionaires golf as so few people playing and excellent conditioning

only downsides were the routing of three par 3s in five holes and a fairly absurd 18th hole

My club has a reciprocal arrangement, so can get on for £40. I still haven't managed it, but a lot of my regular partners have. The general recommendation seems to be to plan for a 5 hour round on a sunny day, and that way you will really savour it. Mike's comments are often echoed, but if you go in with an open mind it is an absolute must play.

I am on 97 courses at the moment, and I plan to make this one number 100! :cool:
