Iv just got some new clubs and on one of them I noticed a code, I asked my friend about it and he said it's so I can register the clubs but he wasn't sure why you register them can anyone help? Thank you

The code is from the factory in case of guarantee issues, or if you need to have a refurb etc. The factory can tell if it's a 'snide'. Also you can pick up a lot of 2nd hand stuff and if you want to make sure its the genuine atricle, check with the company's database. They have all their clubs codes stored and will tell you if its the real McCoy
