Newco number 2??

Keep them in the SPL though just to be nice eh?:smirk:

Apparently they don't want to keep their history though especially not season 85/86.

They have two options, Vlad pays or they're liquidated.Tynie will be sold by UBIG as it's held as a guarantee over their £20M debt. They don't own their training ground, all players will have their contracts returned to The SPL and Hearts will cease to exist.

If that happens, it will be more significant to anything that happened to Rangers. There will be no Heart of Midlothian, probably the 3rd biggest team in Scotland. No re-entry into The SFL and the chance to work their way back up the ladder, they be the new 3rd Lanark.

PAYE/NI/VAT/Wages by Friday next week, followed by the £1.75M tax case.Bad times.

It has been coming for a long time.

No sympathy from here.My Old Man is a season holder and he is amazed how long they have managed to stumble on.They will get by the PAYE/NI/VAT but if the Tax case goes against them then they are up crap creek without a paddle.

Shame as I love Tynecastle as a day out but......

Wow, never seen a club make a statement like this before-

So they are going to service debts owed to HMRC with hopeful future income.

Good strategy.:mmm:

Invest in the share issue......yes sure, you look such a strong investment here's £1k!! Sevco look a better investment I am afraid and that's saying something!:o

Expect administration and Division 1 at best if they manage to see the season out.

Dundee fans must be laughing.

Yes we are and i think we bring something to the SPL ,ok we're struggling but that was going to happen if we can stay up it would be a miracle but even last year our home crowds were better than half the SPL, we have a decent away support as well.

Alan my nephew went to see Munich and Dortmund last season he was 22 euro a ticket for a top of the table clash.

Also Dundee have kept there prices at £20 and adult and £10 for kids only wish the rest would follow suit.

Hate Hearts. Sad for Scottish Football but for years the rest of Scottish Football could see what was happening yet they blindly ignored Romanov running the club into the ground.

And because if this you get superb figures like this Steve...... http://www.soccerstats.com/attendance.asp?league=germany

Dusseldorf lowest % at 78% of capacity.....superb football model they have over there.

I know a guy who picks a game somewhere different twice a season and heads over to see a top level game for under £20 and he says the atmosphere at the games is something special and he combines it with a boozy weekend with mates......right up my straBe!

Pretty good in England too especially considering the prices are through the roof in comparison.

Dundee were always going to struggle because of the short time they had to prepare,I would rather another team dropped because of the crowd reasons you give.Actually I would rather the league was bigger if truth be told.

The medium sized hoose must stay open!!
