Is there any difference between the two? I already own a pair of FJ rain gloves, but I don't get any feel from them unless they are wet. If there is a difference, what winter gloves would you suggest I get?

What's wrong ?

I have had the same Under Armour winter gloves for two years now with no problems and still keep my hands warm - that my review on them. So why do I need to read what other people have to say when I can form my own opinion after using them

I use a rain glove when its raining, it is a specialised glove that grips more when wet but offers no winter cold protection. In the Winter and really cold I keep a pair of hand warmer sachets in my pocket.

I now have a pair of MacWets which got well put their paces the other week and as they got saturated the grip was excellent, however, if its cold and wet, you can't really keep taking wet gloves off to put something else on between shots to keep warm so I have some Ping mitts with the finger slots inside so they go over my MacWets and keep the cold wind away from the wet gloves.

I also have a FJ wet glove which I find can be used in the wet & dry and is a better fit than the MacWets, but its a single glove so I wear it when its showery and not full-on rain.

If its just cold and dry I have a pair of Mizuno Thermo gloves which I also find very good.

It took me a while to get used to playing with a pair of gloves but I'm getting their.

Thanks for the advice boys, I own a pair of Titleist mittens, but I am not a big fan of them as I feel that because you are constantly taking your hands out of them, you can't build up any heat in them. Can any one who owns a pair of winter gloves tell me whether they get any sort of feel for the club when they have them on? If not, I don't think I will bother buying a pair, as my rain gloves do have quite good insulation.

These are the Mizzie gloves I wear in dry cold weather, good grip, soft feel but thermo so warm, good all-rounder IMO.
