Question on terminology

this is the answer i found on wikianswers

"Clutch putt" is simply a term that is frequently used for a putt which a player must make, especially where there is a lot of pressure on them, for an average golfer it may simply be a 6 foot par putt, for a professional it could be a 10 footer to win a tournament or get into a play off.

I think a knock down shot is where you go up a club or two asnd hit it easier and lower to keep it out of the wind.
Clutch putt is when you make a game changing putt, it a difficult putt for par which could otherwise ruin a card etc.
I believe there are several views on these though.
