currently in fingers, feels more solid in palms! but more feel in fingers!

I use it in my fingers from just off the green a la Texas wedge. I used to putt like this all the time until I went for a lesson, and my pro just rolled his eyes.
Although I replied in the palms, I guess if it suits, anything goes.....it is putting after all!!

i think it might be a function of whether you put pendulum (palms?) or barndoor (fingers?)
