I got fitted for my Scotty. Its still the only club I've been fitted for.

I really enjoyed the experience of the day and the in's and out's of the fitting process.

I'd recommend getting fitted 100% as it removes any doubt about the club being at fault. Since I got fitted I haven't even looked at another putter.

I had my current putter fitted to me.

It only cost a tenner at Scottsdale in Sale, Manchester. For that they checked and adjusted loft, length and lie, and put a new grip on it for me. Since having it fitted my putting is much more consistent and I am confident on every putt.

1 hr lesson and putter adjustment. Best money ever spent.

Regrettably, I was tempted into buying a new putter recently. I got it home and bent it to the same lie as my fitted one. I'm not putting well with it.....

I have had lessons but never a fitting. Not sure I'm missing out as I seem to putt pretty well. Surely putting styles are too personal

exactly do they do in the fitting? I have had clubs custom fitted but not a putter.

Length of the shaft, lie of the head and type of grip.
Maybe adding lead tape on the toe/heel

anybody know a place that does putter fitting in either Herts or Bucks area ? wouldn't mind taking my 2 eldest along to get their scottys adjusted properly.
