Problem with forum

Hi there. Whenever I try to post a reply and it opens the dialog box to do it, I get what appears to be a buffering symbol in the corner of the box (dots going round in circles), a blue 'computer is busy' type circle when I put my cursor on the edge of the box, and the whole site seems to quickly intermitently freeze on ands off. If I try to write it misses letters all the time as the site is frozen for a slit second as I push the key. Happens in 'quick reply' and 'advanced' and has never happened to me on any other forum including those running Vbulletin. I checked one a minute ago and on that site it doesn't happen on that site. Any Ideas? I'm running Internet Explorer 11.0.10

Can you try it with Chrome Nosevi?, Id be thinking its an ie 11 problem.
