Pro Shop

We have a small 9 hole course but are looking to expand firstly by adding a Pro Shop, could anyone who knows club management suggest how we would go about supplying the shop as we have never had a shop before this is new territory.

I think at many courses/clubs the proshop is separate from the club but pays a percentage to the club for the facilities and sole selling rights.
