Pro-Am

Hi all
Hope you are all well and enjoying the season.
Our club has it's Pro-Am on Sunday and this will be the 1st one I've played in and a little unsure of what to expect. Our team has been allocated a pro called James Wright, can't find much info on him!!
Any advice or tips for the day would be most welcome.

Hey Barb

Played in quite a few of these over the years and all I would say is to thoroughly enjoy yourself. If you get a nice chatty pro then you've done well. Play your own game and use your shots as best you can.

Keep it light hearted but competitive and hope for sunshine and a pro who shoots the lights out so you dont have to worry about your score

Don't try too hard.
I've played a couple of these and other players in the group were trying to out-drive the Pro or get inside him on approach shots.
Not worth it - play your game and enjoy.
