Premier League 2019-2020 “We’re Offâ€

Is it just me, or are other people experiencing a load of silly symbols instead of punctuation?
The end of the title should read "we're off", but in my world I get “We’re Offâ€!
I also get ’ instead of an apostrophe, I get it’s instead of it's.
Any thoughts?

Oh, does my 'don't' on the above line, or this line, appear okay?

I'm thinking that it's maybe a GM issue.

I've had that as well for the last few days. Some sort of coding error buggered all the apostrophes and speech marks.
