Pre-round prep?

get up a few hrs early, get all my stuff together, then head off, i ensure i leave enough time to stop at little chef for a full english, and a few cups of tea, theh off to the course, a few warm up swings and 5 mins on the putting green then away we go.... and finish with a beer or hot choc in the bar
 
Open the boot of my car and reach across my chest and grab the car upright and pull stretching the muscles around your shoulder and upper torso. Then swap and use the other arm. I learn't it off an old pro. Works better than hitting balls and putting swing thoughts ionto your head,
