Powerkaddy fx5 problem

Hi all
I am looking for some help / advice regarding a problem I have just encountered with my FX5 trolley. It worked fine yesterday but with a fully charged battery, today the screen is extremely faint, barely visible and the trolley will not turn on. If anyone knows the likely cause and fix I would be very grateful for your reply.

It does sound more like a board issue but I would recommend just double checking the battery was properly connected when on charge and when plugged into the trolley.

Check the connectors are clean too and that there aren’t any little pebbles preventing it from fully sitting in place. Had a similar issue with tiny debris.

Faint screen, maybe some sort of short that has lowered the voltage and then tripped something internally. Do you have a repair place you can take it to and get checked out?
Checking and cleaning the connections is a good shout though
