powakaddy issues

My son has got a Powakaddy freeway sport and he uses his 10" Nike tour bag on it. A little while ago the bag started to rock from side to side on it as the powakaddy arms could not hold the bag in place, so i replaced the velcro strap but this did not help, we eventually got a small ratchet to hold it. i located the problem down to the bolt that holds the top pivot arm had stretched the hole in the frame allowing the arm to rock. I drilled out the hole a little and put in a larger bolt in which sorted the issue out but now it has started to do it again.
I was wondering if anybody else has this issue ?

I have an original freeway and used to use a callaway bag, a large cart bag rather than a full on Tour Bag. I found it twisted quite a lot and although nothing ever broker I could see it putting strain on the bag retainer.

I now use a powakaddy bag and the locking system on the bottom keeps everything secure and it doesnt move, id recommend you check around for bags that secure well at the bottom.
