Powakaddy/ Hillbilly not working - Help

I have a Powakaddy sport wich is less than 2 years' old.

The battery is fine and shows it is fully charged and everything is ready to go with all lights on as normal.

When I then press the switch to move forward nothing happens.

Has anyone experienced anything similar or does anyone have any suggestions please?

If its suddenly gone up-the-creak I'd suspect a loose connection. Have you checked all the wires are connected to the motor underneath the battery tray and up the tubes to the switch/control?

My 14months old Freeway became slower and slower, even though it was still under warranty I separated the motor and gearbox I found a load of wadding in there. Cleaned it all out and lubricated, all is now fine!.

Does the trolley's wheels turn and spin the axle when pulled backwards?

I told Powakaddy but they didn't bother to reply or acknowledge my email.
