Posts going to Mods

Hi,

I posted in a thread titled Distance Gone yesterday and again today in a thread titled Replacing A Pitching Wedge 46 or 48 Degree.

Both my posts were quite long in length but within all forum rules, they have both been sent to a moderator but neither post has shown up in either thread since, I spent a bit of time trying to give some advice I hope will be useful to the OP so I would appreciate if someone can look into this please?

same happened to me this morning (different thread). Still hasn't appeared.

If there is a length of post which triggers the diversion, it would be good to know what it is. Not nice to spend some time and trouble writing a reply and finding it flushed into the ether.

It renders an informative post hardly worth the effort, as by the time it re-appears (if it does), the thread and indeed the reading population has usually moved on.

Both sorted folks, we dont get notified so just have to keep an eye out for them.

Out of curiosity, what triggers a referal to mods ? It would be good to know, so as to avoid it where possible.

It has been mentioned a few times that no-one knows why it happens really.

It might not make any difference and it's easier to tidy up one post than loads.
