Hi - I'm selling a club on ebay and someone's asked if I can post to Germany, and what cost. Can any regular equipment sellers tell me the best / cheapest way of doing this please? Parcelforce or courier?

Many thanks in advance

I posted a 15kg package last week to Sweden via a company called Transglobal express, they use DHL and a couple of other courier firms and the service was fantastic, DHL collected it from me on Tuesday mid-day and it arrived the next day at the same time and it only cost me £56.00,

their address is transglobal.org.uk

Don't use Parcelforce - too expensive and not that quick.

Use one of the third party resellers of courier shipping, such as Interparcel or parcels2go, and you will pay less and get home (or work) pickup. Size is important to the cost so get the best fit box you can.

I have shipped loads of putters, clubs etc in the UK, Europe, US and Far East with Interparcel. All tracked in detail as well.

Just checked some prices. based on online pricing quotes.

1. Putter to Netherlands. Box = 98 x 15 x 15.

Parcelforce £33.49
Interparcel £17.60

2. Fairway Wood to NL. Box = 120 x 15 x 15

Parcelforce £33.49
Interparcel £21.15

3. Putter to US.

Parcelforce £59.49
Interparcel £37.00

4, Fairway wood to US.

Parcelforce £76.00
Interparcel £37.00

You can also get a 5% discount on Interparcel if you sign up for a free account, as I have. Those prices do not include that discount.

Thanks to all, but especially beck9965 I used Transglobal Express, filled out the form online at 11.30, it was picked up from my house at 1.30 - excellent service from my end, and at £17.03 it was much cheaper than Parcelforce.

I have to agree with Ethan, going direct with the courier companies is very exspensive thats why i went for Transglobal which is a third party company.
