Played my 9 hole home course in our Summer League Stableford yesterday.
16 points was not hugely disappointing and my ball striking on the course was pleasing - no OOB or balls in the rough.
What was annoying was 2 four putts!! Got to the edge of a par 4 green in 2, left a chip on a mile short and 4 putted from there for a 7. Then on the only par five, was on the green in 4 only to 4 putt again for an 8!
Considering I only made 18 putts over the 9 hole and 8 of those putts were on just 2 holes I know it could have been so much better!!
Right, onwards and upwards. Mid-week comp tomorrow so I'll start again...
