I'm going to Portugal in April. Everything I've read suggest course have a 90 degree rule. Meaning you follow paths where ball is and then drive on!What's the usual situation here in Feb??… besides, 'Better than UK'
Buggies on paths, only?
etc. etc

I was in the Algarve in March this year and although there were very few buggies as most were using pull trollies, those that I did see were driving on the fairways. The only restrictions seemed to be around the greens.I'm going to Portugal in April. Everything I've read suggest course have a 90 degree rule.
