Polished shoes!

Of course you should play with clean shoes. But maybe it depends on the shoes?

Mine were expensive and consequently are well looked after because I want them to last and I like to look reasonably sartorially elegant when playing.

Perhaps if I had a grotty pair of £25 rubber moulded Stylos, then I would prefer the muddy look to disguise the fact that I was a cheapskate....

Still, rather them than any pair of white shoes. Utterly horrendous. Anyone who wears them looks like a pimp from the knees down.

Oh Baby Jeebus, you two would frickin hate my Puma shoes then... Played on Friday, just taken out of the car.

The little man is cleaning them as we speak as that's how he earns his pocket money.. Strangely enough, he had started using Baby wipes earlier this year as that's how he sees everything else being cleaned. I should congratulate him on his clever thinking...

I quite like looking like a pimp. It matches my car. Sometimes I go the whole way, and dress like a pimp head to foot.

I thought you had those crazy red crocodile spats type shoes - they were awesome. Brave wearing them mind..! :D
