Plumbers Advice ... RE Heating but no hot tap water!!

Really weird, up until a day or two ago the hot tap water was working fine.

Checked the heating and the pipe for that coming out is roasting hot. The hot water pipe is freezing cold!

I can get the water to warm to tepid by making sure the heating for the radiators is on but its obvious its not getting pumped through the unit properly as its never more than tepid.

I would like to know what is going on before I have to call the landlord and get Steve the happy plumber out.

Hmm, well at least I wouldnt have to pay for it!

Thanks for the advice Clive, hopefully it will help get the landlord to get on and fix it sooner. I can still shower thanks to that heating separately for some reason :S
