Played well again this weekend

Played yesterday morning with a 3 handicapper-a guy i enjoy playing with-we played as a two ball and finished the round in 3 hours. Shot 37 pts to his 33pts.

Medal today went around in 85--69 nett 2 under par. Shot 40 on the front and 45 on the back with a triple bogey on the par 5 10th--2nd shot OBB---followed by a three putt double bogey on the par 4 11th. Went from being 5 over after 9 to 10 over after 11. Well pleased that i managed to finish 14 over gross.
Our 3 handicapper also shot 69 net or 72 gross, he was playing 2 groups ahead of me, so i did not get to see or enjoy a great round like that.
Lead to believe a 64 was recorded, 7 under par.

Expecting another cut.

Thanks HJS have played well for the past few weeks.

Captains Day on the Club is on 11 July. Only problem i am away in Florida on hols from this thurs till 9th July, clubs staying at home--may have to sneak a game in hols to keep the swing grooved. HID may have something different to say.

Got 0.3 off handicap myself today with some very steady play which made up for poor scores the last 2 weekends.

nice shooting, i got a 0.8 cut off my handicap aswell, after a decent performance. however i still left some shots out there, so hoping i can improve on this on saturday
