Ping Putting App

Has anyone used this at all? If so has it helped your putting?

I'm interested in trying it but don't want to spend £20 on the cradle, I've just ordered a rubber shaft clamp and a hard iPhone case to make my own, £2 spent in total inc delivery.

Funny that I just bought the cradle today and I've done a few shots with it, seems a great wee tool lots of information and I'm sure it will help in the long run.

I got it from the Apple Shop in Braehead Glasgow, its a total rip off for what it is, but saying that my phone is secure and I think it will give better readings than a DIY effort.

I'd recommend it although its expensive I reckon If I save 5-10 putts a round its priceless.

I paid £24.99 for mine BTW.

agreed, we spend more on other golf bits and bobs tbh so if the app/cradle works then it has to be a bargain in the long term :thup:
