At the University where i work they are starting a new season of wellbeing courses for staff, my question is which would be better for golf Pilates or Yoga?
We have the choice of either.

No need to exercise, just get yourself a pair of white trousers with a red belt and you will knock 3 shots off your handicap :ears:

I'd pick Pilates as there is more focus on core strength and islolating core muscles. Also works on pelvic alignment which imo helps prevent lower back pain/injury which golf can cause.

With yoga you can get caught up in the meditational element depending on which format it is. I did Ashtanga for a while as that is the most dynamic form of yoga and it was hard work but I'd say pilates is more golf-relevant.

I do yoga as part of the P90x program and it's really hard work. Anything that increases your flexibility and core strength can only be good for your game.

About flapjacks?

Got to say me a Scott had plenty of time for ponderous thought waiting for you to hit them, a stray comment of " has he fallen asleep " was banded around a few times

Anything done well OS, me old mate, has to be savoured. I may have taken longer on the shot but then we didn't spend so much time looking for the ball as you and Scott had to!
