One of my favorite golf courses. Water on quite a few holes to make you think before you hit your shots. Short par fours with bunkers to protect the greens from bit hitters, sort of like "Go on I dare you". Wide fairways, which allows you to hit driver off the tee and go for your shots, but with enough problems in the right places to hold you back. Brillant par threes. In fact every hole has something. Greens are USPGA spec so drain and are brilliant. Dog legs, a few blind tee shots but as long as you drive towards the marker poles you'll be fine. Drives over water to dogleg fairways with OOB markers, dare you go for it? You can see all over the course as you walk round, which is a feature I enjoy on golf courses. The Pro is a friendly bloke as is the lady in the clubhouse. I've been twice this year and it's an hours drive away.
All in all a cracking place to play golf. If I lived closer I'd be a member no problem what so ever.
