Yes because eating a pie on the bench is the same as giving the opposition a corner isn't it.

Mate, I'm with Lord T on this one, no sympathy for the bookies and I agree the FA should be taking some action against them, but, as it stands he's also broken the FA rules on gambling, it's irrelevant whether it was eating a pie or giving a corner away he broke their current rules and the FA can't be seen to be ignoring them, otherwise you open the flood gates.

No it's the same, here is the charge:

The 45-year-old has been charged with intentionally influencing a football betting market, and improper conduct.

No mention of eating a pie.

Both might get the same punishment,no one said otherwise 👍🏻.

However one could play a big part in the outcome of the match,whilst the other (at worst) could give the fat man heart burn👍🏻
