I'll try and get some shots of mine later in the week.

The way to play the 17th at Aztecs place is to duff one into the water left, drop another and then smack a 4 iron 197 yards to the green and sink the putt....

:D

Must be something about hitting a 4 iron over that lake. I did the same thing with mine and stiffed it to about 6ft on the 10th. I missed the putt though :(

Your 4 iron was pure as a pure thing.

One of the only good shots I played all day...sigh..

The Lewes course looks beautiful, and I like the attempt at the "artistic" shot with ball in focus!

Sadly the views were the best bit. Sorry crimbo.

Txl looking forward to playing camberly, even though it looks a bit scrappy!

1st Hole looking back up towards the tee:

17th hole, again looking back towards the tee and clubhouse. Massive risk/reward hole for the big hitters.

Aha - Thornbury

Lippe dout birdie from the rough on teh right (from the tee)

And birdied the 17th after hitting teh flag with approach and tehn chipping in

Don't think i did anything else any good that day so you picked the 2 holes well :)

Nice course

Here's a pic of our 6th. Only 178 yards but my nemesis

OOB right behind the cart path to the right of the picture and OOB all the way along the tree line which is only 10 yards or so right of the tee box

Hate that hole, really hate it - even more than 17

I don't like the 18th at yours either region, I think I've only ever played it well a couple of times. Drive normally goes right to the cabbage or the trees!

This is the 5th hole at my home course, the Mid-Ocean Club in Bermuda. Its a par 4 and is stroke hole 1.

This photo is taken from the tee, but the 230 yard carry over the water isnt the most difficult part of the hole. The green (bottom photo) has this huge slope on the right side and bunkers on the left with a 15 feet high slope to hit over if you are in them. You're landing area is long enough but only about 5 yards wide because 90% of shots that hit the slope on the right end up in the bunkers on the left.

Its a beautiful, but card ruining, hole!

Oooh, ask me if I care police, move along now nothing to see here ;)

Damn. Just when I thought we could keep it going a little longer.

Good thread though, nice to see some piccies. :)

I am struggling with this upload lark! Have a few photos of Bearwood on Flickr - tried the one option and it was just a link to the site - couldn't find the IMG code. Tried one of the Loch Lomond photos I have on Photobucket that easily gives you the IMG code - as my instructor showed me in the pub on Monday evening (! - thanks Rick) - then found another code on Flickr, but it leaves a tag at the bottom of the photo! Think I will stick with Photobucket going forward!
Can't remember if these were the photos of the Travelodge in Rugeley or Loch Lomond!
