How many thinking about the many innocent civilians that have been saved in the pictures ?!?!

or possibly it looks like most if not all the pictures were more than likely from training exercises.

Have to agree and even if some of these actions were being done to win the battle with terrorists, innocents still die. The animal ones equally stunning and a reminder how beautiful mother nature is

The sight of a Spitfire always reminds me of my father, who flew them during WW11.

Great pictures. Was playing at Canwick Park in Lincoln on Saturday when the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Spitfire & Hurricane flew over. Moving sight watching them fly past the cathedral, everybody stopped to watch.
