Mcilroy has just taken 2hrs 35 mins in 3 balls to play 9 holes not acceptable at all. No wonder people lose interest in playing golf when the top guys are taking this long.

Feels like its just taken Lowry and Cabrera about 20mins to play the 10th.
Saying that though "All" Day and his Slo' Mo' PSR are a couple of holes in front.

To be fair, we did 2:35 just over a week ago in the Medal. Mind you, we did do 18 holes.

IT would be interesting in how long mere mortals on here would take to hole out every shot at Augusta? I'd say it take you longer.

Rory is nowhere near as bad as Spieth, he twitches and flinches and looks at the hole about 4 times before he hits, he reminds of Darling in Blackadder

I think, to be fair to McIlroy, the pace of play yesterday had little to do with him. He was last out, and spent alot of time waiting for others. If out first, like he was a few years ago when it took him just over 3hrs for the whole round, his round would no doubt have been quicker.

Rory is hardly the problem with slow play - All Day, 5 hour Furyk and some of the other more "deliberate" players need sorting out first.
