Open tickets 2013

I've been looking around the net but can't find anything on the subject.

But I'm looking to go to muirfield next year for the open as I've never been before other than when I was 3 and obviously don't remember it.

So wat I'm looking to find out is if u buy tickets early do u get them cheap like early bird deals. Cos I'm looking to go for a couple days but looking at this years prices 70 quid a day is steap if looking to go for a few days.

So if anyone knows for previous years or general knowledge that would be helpful.

Can buy them frm the R&A website for a discount in advance. Not sure how early or how much in advance though!!

If you're going for 2/3 days consider a season ticket, about £250 for the whole week which is pretty good value if you can get to practice and playing days

Can't imagine they will be on sale before this years open has been and gone that would only cause confusion. This year the early price ran until may.
